Veterinary Pet Insurance - Horrible customer experience

We got Nationwide pet insurance through my work. Our dog started scratching really bad do we took him to the vet where he was diagnosed with allergies. Nationwide refused to pay because it was a pre existing condition? He was diagnosed after we had pet insurance how is that pre existing? These people are crooks and don’t care about pets. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Veterinary Pet Insurance - Very unfair, unproffetional

I rescued a dog, not knowing whether or not he is sick or healthy. he is only 1.7 month GSD. submitted a claim for GI, 2 month later he was diagnosed for GME, VPI is not paying any of my claims. I honestly had no idea of any pre existing conations, not insurance prior taking him to a doctor for evaluation/shots. who I can reach out to complain? very desperate in need to find a place to help me to resolve this. any advise will be greatly appreciated. help {{REDACTED}}
