Misleading!I've had this insurance for my English Bulldog for 3yrs now and they denied claims by stating it is pre existing (which it wasn't ) or its congenital .

The most recent was a diagnosis of URI , tonisilits which was denied because they claim its congenital . The policy states it covers URI , tonsillitis and other issues we've had but yet it's denied . Another was allergies and then a surgery . When I called the lady I spoke to said if it was a different breed it more than likely would have been covered .

So guess what ? if you have a large breed dog such as a lab, German Shepard etc..and its fine for 10 years then develops hip dysphasia it will not cover it because it would be considered congenital . Any breed that is prone to issues will not be covered.

(The lady even agreed to that )They use congenital /hereditary as their loop hole to get out of paying claims .

They did cover some of a claim for an abscess which just included the visit and not the medication .I strongly do not recommend this insurance to anyone !
